KaZ Gmail Notify

KaZ Gmail Notify is a personal application that watches a single Gmail inbox — the application owner's own mailbox — and alerts the owner when new mail arrives from senders they are waiting to hear from.

What it does

• Uses the Gmail API (read-only) together with Google Cloud Pub/Sub push notifications to learn, in near real time, that a new message has arrived.
• Checks the sender and subject of the new message against the owner's own watch list.
• Sends the owner a private notification when a watched sender writes. All other mail is ignored.

Who it is for

KaZ Gmail Notify is a private, single-user application. It is operated by the mailbox owner, for the mailbox owner. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and no other person can connect an account to it.
