Terms of Service — KaZ Gmail Notify
Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. The service
KaZ Gmail Notify is a private, single-user application that notifies its operator, Kaz Tulcianu, when new mail from watched senders arrives in the operator's own Gmail account. It is not a public service and is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other person.
2. Access
Access is limited to the operator's own Google account, authorized by the operator through Google OAuth consent, and may be revoked by the operator at any time. Use of Google services through the application remains subject to Google's own terms.
3. Acceptable use
The application is used only for personal inbox notification. It accesses Gmail data in read-only form and does not send mail, alter mailbox content, or interact with any other person's account or data.
4. No warranty
The application is provided "as is", for the operator's personal use, without warranties of any kind. Notifications depend on Google's APIs and network availability and are not guaranteed to be real-time or complete.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability toward any third party arising from this private application, which processes no third-party accounts and offers no service to the public.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.
